Our repair service includes
- Repairing defective devices
- Calibration and adjustment service in the event of measurement deviations
Please note that as of December 31, 2023 we will no longer provide support and service for the outdated products METIS MQ, MF11, MS, MI, MP, HQ, HL, HI, MY, SIRIUS bis zur Seriennummer 2499 sowie POLARIS bis zur Seriennummer 2499 discontinued,, i.e. we no longer carry out repairs, calibrations or adjustments. Please contact us to see if an exception can be made in individual cases. We have also discontinued the MB35 and MB39 devices as of March 1, 2026. A complete list including the available replacement devices can be found on the page Discontinued products.
Please also note that we have discontinued support and service for DIADEM pyrometers built before serial number 6782 (July 2014)this means that no further repairs, calibrations, or adjustments will be performed. Please contact us to inquire whether an exception can be made in individual cases.
Send in devices
Method:
- Please fill out the RMA request below for each device you wish to return (alternatively, you can contact us directly and we will send you an RMA form).
We use the serial number to check the warranty status. - Accept the data privacy policy and press "Submit".
- You will then receive a reply email with your details and the attached RMA number. Print out the e-mail and enclose it with the shipment.
