End-Of-Service-Life: Information about the end of support for obsolete products

Please note that we have discontinued support and service for outdated products as of December 31, 2023, i.e. repairs, calibrations and adjustments will no longer be carried out.
More modern replacements are available for pyrometers, displays, controllers and power supplies, ensuring a smooth replacement. We also offer a special discount when replacing old devices with new ones. We also offer a special discount when you exchange old devices for new ones.

End-Of-Life: Information about the discontinuation of obsolete products

Please note that our METIS MB product line has been discontinued and will no longer be available as of March 1, 2026. Similarly, the SIRIUS SS09 and SI23 product lines, as well as the POLARIS PS09, will no longer be available as of August 1, 2026. Replacement units from the FELIS series will be available shortly. This decision was made because we are no longer able to obtain certain components. We guarantee service and spare parts for METIS until April 1, 2028, and for SIRIUS and POLARIS until August 1, 2028.
