Fiber optic vacuum feedthrough
The fiber optic vacuum feedthrough VD30 incl. fiber optic for METIS fiber optic pyrometers is used to mount METIS fiber optic pyrometers outside of a vacuum chamber and to carry out infrared temperature measurements on the object in the chamber.
