Our Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) is the central point of contact for cybersecurity-related questions and for reports regarding vulnerabilities and security risks in Sensortherm products with digital interfaces. 

You can submit specific security-related information and reports regarding IT, product, or information security in encrypted form using the reporting form below.

The PSIRT coordinates the review and assessment of reports, liaises with the relevant technical and development departments, and initiates any necessary countermeasures. All reports are handled by us conscientiously and reliably.

If you provide your contact details, you will receive status updates regarding your report. We will also be happy to contact you should we have any further questions. You can expect your report to be treated confidentially. Of course, you may also use the reporting form anonymously.
