Dabei werden bevorzugt Quotientenpyrometer wie das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sensortherm.de\/de\/product\/metis-m311-quotientenpyrometer\/\">METIS M311<\/a> zur Temperaturmessung eingesetzt, da sie auch bei Verschmutzungen zuverl\u00e4ssige Ergebnisse liefern. Werden diese in Kombination mit dem Linienscanner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sensortherm.de\/de\/product\/galaxy-scanner-sc7-sc8\/\">GALAXY SC8<\/a> im Schutzgeh\u00e4use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sensortherm.de\/de\/product\/schutzgehaeuse-kuehlplatte\/\">KG28<\/a> eingesetzt, lassen sich mehrere Str\u00e4nge gleichzeitig \u00fcberwachen.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div Da in den <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sensortherm.de\/de\/product\/galaxy-scanner-sc7-sc8\/\"><strong>GALAXY<\/strong><\/a>-Linienscanner alle Pyrometer der Serie METIS eingebaut werden k\u00f6nnen, l\u00e4sst sich dieser individuall auf den Messprozess anpassen. Selbst wenn ein <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sensortherm.de\/de\/product\/metis-m311-quotientenpyrometer\/\">METIS M311<\/a><\/strong> mit einer Einstellzeit von 1\u00a0ms nicht schnell genug sein sollte, k\u00f6nnen auch die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sensortherm.de\/de\/product\/metis-h311-highspeed-quotientenpyrometer\/\"><strong>Highspeedger\u00e4te H311<\/strong><\/a> eingebaut werden, um zum Beispiel sehr schnelle Messungen von Dr\u00e4hten in einem Walzwerk durchzuf\u00fchren.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_text et_pb_text_4  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>Die Temperatur\u00fcberwachung in einem <strong>Walzwerk<\/strong> ist ebenso entscheidend f\u00fcr die Qualit\u00e4t und Effizienz des Prozesses. Je nach Messfeldausf\u00fcllung kommen dabei Standard-METIS-M3-Pyrometer oder auch Quotientenpyrometer zum Einsatz.
